Mexican & Karaoke is always a good time!
Came on a Sunday night, and before entering you could hear the party inside. They karaoke is extremely loud, maybe a little too loud but hey it's Sunday night.
The food was delicious, great Mexican food. Hands down.
We ordered a pitcher of white sangria, it was quite one of the better sangrias I've had and it was FILLED with fruit. Highly recommended. Besides sangria, the drinks looked amazing, as i saw the waitresses/ waiters bringing it to tables.
The guacamole is fresh, made at the table.
Check-in offer: free dessert. We ordered the tres leche and flan. Very good.

My husband and I found this restaurant via Yelp while standing in a crowd of people at the 82nd Street stop on the 7 train. After five and a half relatively quick blocks, we found this restaurant, which has a festive vibe with cool Mexican-inspired decor and music. The staff were great, especially our waitress Bridget. The quacamole for the table was made fresh in front of us by another staff member who wheeled a cart over with fresh ingredients. We had chimichangas, which they accommodated my request to substitute with shrimp. The rice with pinto beans was good (not frijoles). The meal was really delicious.
Every staff member there works extremely hard. They were professional and very nice. I'd recommend Parrilladas Sunrise to anyone in the Queens and NYC area. It's worth the trip.

Food was impressively great ! We came in about 6 PM on a Saturday evening for my husbands bday dinner. And decided to try this place out. It's a small Mexican place on northern blvd. Great food and amazing margaritas ! The bill was about $200 for four of us, 2 rounds of drinks and we each had an entree each. They also gave us a round of drinks on the house !

First time coming here and gotta say i freaking love the food here. I ordered steak with rice and beans and i gobble that whole thing. Definitely coming back. Service was excellent and karaoke...

Good food. The ambiance was very loud.
Went on karaoke night so it was hard to enjoy the meals. The food was delicious.
Make sure you get the tree Leche and glam for dessert.
